ROUGH DIAMOND BUYING GUIDELINE BASED ON WORLDWIDE MARKET

A stone white and clear D-J COLOR VS-1 CLARITY 2 CARATS AND BETTER and over 2 carats in size sell for about $450.00 to $750.00 per carat and that depends on the clarity of the stone This price is the quote in AFRICA no conflict countries. OUR BUYERS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CUT DIAMONDS AND DIAMONDS LARGER THAN 10 CARATS.

Same stone in South Africa , about $680 to $860.00

Same stone in Brazil $450.00 to $600.00 Maximum depending on Clarity.

Yellow and Champagne color stones do not have real value they could be estimated at $175.00 to a Maximum of $230.00

Let's make life simple for all of us; this is the way a diamond transaction works :

•  Seller will send us a Full Corporate Offer (FCO). An FCO is normally issued in this trade, our buyers are corporate people, and they will expect it.
•  Seller provides us with proof of product including: parcel list, which must come with a bank deposit slip and a gemologist report.
•  Upon proof of product, Safe Keeping Receipt, gemologist report, the Buyer will issue the proof of his funds immediately.
•  Parcel list must be complete and priced per stone .
•  We must have direct contact with the Seller, make your own arrangements we are not concerned.
•  When you issue the FCO the Buyer will issue a purchase Order to the Seller and that will freeze the price, no more haggles by the buyer contingent of course that the parcels being as described.
•  All our Buyers want to sign a 2 to 5 year preferential supply contract we therefore will be asking for a contract to protect us for that period of time.
•  After all documents are in order, Buyer will be ready to fly within 72 Hours to the Seller's location to examine the parcel in the Seller's bank. The funds to buy the parcels will be placed 48 Hours later. Parcels listed must come complete with certificate of origin; our Buyers will not buy conflict diamonds.
•  Scrutiny will take place in the Seller's bank , if the diamonds match the description the price agreed in the contract will be paid.10. Seller will agree to transfer the diamonds to Buyer's bank and receive payment by SWIFT transfer.
•  Simultaneously Seller will pay us our commission within 24 hours.
•  Buyer will not be concerned with transportation of Diamonds; Diamonds is purchased CIF that will be the Seller's duty to get export permits and to deliver the Diamonds where the Buyer wants them. Buyer may also agree to help with transportation Fee; this is an arrangement that Seller and Buyer must agree upon.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED WITH OFFER :

•  List of stones quality and price per stone.
•  Report of GIA certified Gemologist.
•  Certificate of Origin of stones. (Written in English or German)
•  Safekeeping receipt of bank storage.
•  Seller's full coordinates

The preferential supply agreement shall be made an addendum to the final contract.
The fee protection agreement shall be made an addendum to the final contract.
A contract to protect the facilitators on each side shall be made an addendum to the final contract.
